Basically all you are doing with these hobbykiing is mixing channel 2 and 4 together. Mode 1 is simply when the throttle is on the right. Have your plane all hooked up and test out your mixes with it still plugged into the computer.

You want MIX 1 to look like this.

I, personally, don't think either one of those options are good. If you bought an Almost Ready to Fly multirotor that needed hobbykng Rx installed, it would work for that. This feature works only for Microsoft Windows Platforms. The S-video consists of four pins and one big round connection.

Watch channel 5 in these photos. Make sure you know where you are saving it for easy access. One servo will be plugged into the Ch2 port of t6cpnfig Rx, the other plugged into the Ch4 port. I don't know if they even make televisions with an S-video connection anymore.

You can have the Tx plugged into your computer and it'll still function normally. Do I need to use an identicle Tx or can I use something else?

I tried to do this, but it looks like there is no way to do so. You can do things like mix rudder in with the ailerons. I have this mix set up so I can use the knobs for channels 5 and 6.

You will still need a driver for the operating system you have. Yes, I am familiar with that software and the drivers. They should move when you move a stick. Also, one issue I had right away was that I had the throttle cut off switch turned on. I will now cover the "Reverse" button. I don't fly helis, so I'm unsure of exactly what it does when you change the Type.
